• Natural Gemstones: Our Turquoise and Coral are 100% natural—never treated, dyed, pressed, stabilized, or reconstituted.

We stand behind every piece with a Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee. If any item proves to be not as described, not as shown in the photos, you are entitled to a full refund. Your peace of mind is paramount.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery for most items. However, you’ll notice a special exception for Ancient Dzi beads and Kapala Mala unless was damaged during transit, we sent a different item by mistake or was lost in transit.

Why don’t we accept returns on Ancient Dzi beads and Kapala Malas?

To return these items after this connection has been made can disrupt this sacred flow. We believe in honoring the spiritual integrity of these powerful pieces.

• Traditional Way of Trading: Our trade in these ancient and sacred items often follows traditional practices where such pieces, once transferred, are generally not returned. This reflects a deep respect for their unique history and purpose.

• Complex & Expensive Insurance: Due to their extreme rarity and high value, insuring these items for transit is an incredibly complex and costly process. Each journey they undertake, particularly international returns, carries significant logistical and financial challenges. Limiting these movements helps us maintain the integrity of their value and the security of their handling.
